WE KNOW HOW TO DO
For all our services
Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (“Code of Conduct”) weaves that commitment into principles, standards and responsibilities that help guide our behavior and decision-making.
The Code of Conduct prohibits unethical behavior such as conflicts of interest, kickbacks, bribery, fraud, improper accounting and the inappropiate use of company assets or funds. It mandates compliance with the laws of the countries in which we do business. It also requires the protection of confidential information and intellectual property.
Honesty is an optimal example of integrity in the workplace. Honesty encourages open communication between employers, employees and co-workers.
It leads to effective relationships in an organization. When workers are honest about the various aspects of their jobs that need improvement, employers can take action and help. Employers that are open about company policies and changes that affect the organization are more trustworthy from the employees' perspective.
